• Colours may vary due to the fact that every computer monitor has a different capability to display colours. The colours your monitor displays may differ slightly from the printed version.

Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging, and needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you have any questions on how to return your item, please get in contact.

Refunds 

Once I receive your item, I will inspect it and notify you that I've received your returned item. I will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, I will initiate a refund. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

Shipping Policy

 

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days before shipping. Standard shipping is sent without tracking information. Delivery times will vary depending on shipping address. Generally domestic orders (within Australia) take 2-5 business days, international 10-20 business days. Please allow for COVID DELAYS TO SHIPPING.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If I am experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
