- Each custom illustration is for up to 2x humans and 1x animal
- Reference photos and a short description need to be emailed to ailiebanks.illustration@gmail.com BEFORE your purchased start date
- Each custom work takes between 7-10 business days to complete after start date, please also allow for shipping times on top of this timeframe
- Any illustration produced is for personal use only (gifting, sharing with friends etc), any commercial use or use on saleable items will result in legal action
- Artist retains full copyright to any image created
- If reference photos and description is not recieved by selected start date a 50% cancellation fee will be taken from any refund

Cancellations
You have 48 hours before your purchased start date to amend or cancel your custom piece. If reference photos are not recieved by the start date or you decide to cancel, a 50% cancellation fee will be taken from your refund.
Returns
You have 30 calendar days to return a sent item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging, and needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you have any questions on how to return your item, please get in contact.
Refunds
Once I receive your item, I will inspect it and notify you that I've received your returned item. I will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, I will initiate a refund. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
SHIPPING INFO
Shipping Policy
All custom orders take 7-10 business days to completed before being shipped. Standard shipping is sent without tracking information. Delivery times will vary depending on shipping address. Generally domestic orders (within Australia) take 2-5 business days, international 10-20 business days.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If I am experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
